Robert Madden

Robert Madden has over 10 years’ experience working in the Direct Marketing Industry. His career in direct marketing has evolved from assistant to the national sales manager of a small printing/mailing house to becoming one of the top account executives in the country for a nationwide ad agency to running his own direct marketing company. Today he focuses on producing high quality direct marketing campaigns with an emphasis on lead generation and sales conversion. He is actively developing and analyzing new products and trends. Robert prides himself on keeping his finger on the pulse of the industry and providing relevant information to people who are as passionate about the direct marketing industry as he is. 




John Doan

John Doan started his career at Secured Funding as a Loan Officer and was the top agent on the team during his time there. He then moved to Solstice Capital which was acquired by HSBC Corp. There he was promoted to Sales Manager and had his own team with a track record as one of the highest performing teams at HSBC. He currently carries a CA Real Estate license and CA Brokers license. As Encore's Creative Director, he is consulting businesses on how to generate high quality inbound leads via direct mail. He also coaches sales teams on best practices for high conversions.  




David Clarke

Dave Clarke's passion is working with businesses and business owners on growth and wealth creation through investment, advisory services or both. He specializes in starting, funding, investing and growing profitable businesses. He is the former President and Owner of the Orange County Gladiators which was a minor league basketball franchise that started in the American Basketball Association (ABA) in the 2007-2008 season. He also founded Worldlink Integration Group in 2001 and sold a majority interest in 2005 before leaving his executive post in 2008 to focus full time on management and growth of his existing investment assets with Clarke Holdings, LLC. From 1997 to 2001, Dave also ran sales and engineering for the Western United States at New Jersey based Datatec Systems where he grew service and software revenue over 3 times during his term.
